While we strive to ensure every product meets customer expectations, we encourage all customers to carefully review product descriptions, system requirements, and licensing information before completing a purchase.
All digital products sold by AM Velora are delivered electronically via email after successful payment verification.
Most orders are processed within 1 hour, although some orders may require up to 24 hours depending on verification procedures.
Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email containing your digital product key or download instructions.
All license keys, activation codes, downloadable files, and digital accounts are classified as Digital Products.
Due to the nature of digital goods, products delivered electronically cannot be physically returned. Therefore, all sales are generally considered final once delivery has been completed.
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued under the following circumstances:
- Ordering the wrong product after failing to review the product description.
- The product has already been delivered successfully.
- Download failures caused by the customer's internet connection.
- Installation or activation issues resulting from insufficient technical knowledge.
- Password-related issues involving third-party accounts after the first password reset.
- Microsoft Office products activated using the phone activation method.
If a license key fails to activate, AM Velora will investigate the issue and, where appropriate, provide a replacement key.
To request assistance, customers must submit:
- A full-screen screenshot showing the activation error.
- The current date and time.
- The complete error message.
Activation issues must be reported within 15 days of the purchase date. Requests submitted after this period may not qualify for a replacement.
A refund may be approved under the following conditions:
- AM Velora is unable to deliver the purchased product.
- A purchased product is proven to be defective and cannot be replaced.
- A third-party domain-based product (such as Office 365) becomes permanently unavailable within the first year.
- A supported subscription product (such as Office 365, VPN services, JetBrains, GitHub, or similar products) stops functioning within the covered subscription period due to reasons beyond the customer's control.
Whenever possible, AM Velora will first attempt to replace or repair the affected product before issuing a refund.
Approved refunds are generally initiated within 1–3 business days.
After processing, the funds may require 2–14 business days to appear in the customer's original payment method, depending on the payment provider or financial institution.
AM Velora shall not be held responsible for losses resulting from incorrect product selection, software incompatibility, customer misuse, internet connectivity issues, third-party service interruptions, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
